Shipping policy

At Italian Charms, we work to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Here's how our shipping works.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at all times.
Estimated delivery time
We ship internationally.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the moment your order ships.
During peak seasons, holidays or circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, high demand, etc.), delivery time may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is completely free on orders of 12 charms or more.
For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You can check your shipment status directly from your confirmation email, or write to us if you need help.
Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived after 30 calendar days, please contact us at contact@italiancharms.co and we'll be happy to help you solve it.
Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering their shipping details correctly. If you entered the wrong address, write to us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
