An Italian charm bracelet is made of square links that hook into each other. Every charm is a link with a design, so building your bracelet is as easy as swapping plain links for charms that tell your story.

1. Choose your base bracelet

The base is a bracelet of plain stainless steel links in silver, gold or rose gold. We give you a free bracelet with every 6 charms, so if you start with 6 or more you don't need to buy one separately.

2. Pick your charms

Think about what represents you: your pet, your zodiac sign, your country, your initial, your favorite food or a quote. We have more than 1,400 designs organized by theme so it's easy to find yours: cats, dogs, zodiac signs, letters and many more.

3. Decide how to combine them

  • By color: keep one metal and play with enamel charms in similar colors.
  • By story: arrange the charms like a timeline: initials, dates, places and moments.
  • With spacing: leave plain links between charms so each design stands out.

4. Attach the charms

The links have a spring inside: they separate when you bend them and hook back on their own. We explain it in detail in our guide how to add and remove charms. With 7 charms or more we include the adjusting tool for free, which makes it much easier.

5. Keep adding

The best part of an Italian charm bracelet is that it's never finished: you can add a charm for every trip, birthday or milestone. And with 12 charms shipping is free.
